SUB Special Event

The purpose of the Student Union Board is to provide the Elon community with a variety of entertaining programs. SUB programs range from movies and comedians to major speakers and concerts.

SUB hosts over 75 events each semester. Elon has enjoyed visits from Mac Miller, The White Panda, Neon Trees, Wale, Super Mash Bros, Aer, Sarah Colonna, Third Eye Blind, Dave Chappelle, Maroon 5, Mike Birbiglia, Reel Big Fish, Gavin DeGraw, Matt Nathanson, Josh Kelley, O.A.R, Jack’s Mannequinn, Lupe Fiasco and Girl Talk. With the exception of the spring concert, all of SUB sponsored events are free to students.

SUB sponsors programs every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night during the academic year:

  • THURSDAYS—Midnight Meals in Irazu Coffee Shop or McKinnon at 11:00pm
    FREE food and entertainment
  • FRIDAYS—SUBlive at 8:30pm in Moseley
    FREE Food and entertainment
  • SATURDAYS—SUBCinema at 8:30pm. Come enjoy a movie and FREE popcorn!
