Important Deadlines to Keep in Mind

Priority Registration for Spring 2025 Courses: October 21, 2024 @ 12:00 noon
- Priority registration is an academic accommodation related to course registration and/or the need for an accessible class schedule.
- To request priority registration, students not registered with Disabilities Resources should complete an Intake Form. Students with existing accommodations should login to Accommodate and complete a supplemental request. For guidance on appropriate supporting documentation, please see Documenting a Disability | Disabilities Resources | Elon University for more information.
- All students register for the following semester’s courses on an assigned day that is based on the number of student hours (credit hours) a student has earned at the time of registration.
- Students with priority registration receive an earlier registration time (7:30 AM) on their assigned day; students with priority registration are not able to change their registration date.
- Priority registration does not override University or departmental policies related to course registration.

Academic Accommodations for Spring 2025: May 1, 2025 @ 12:00 noon
- All academic accommodation requests for spring 2025 submitted after the above deadline will be reviewed and processed following University commencement.

Housing Accommodations: July 21, 2025 @ 12:00 noon
- Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the summer. The deadline to request housing accommodations in time for the start of the fall 2025 semester is Monday, July 21, 2025 @ 12:00 noon. Requests submitted after the deadline will still be reviewed but will not be processed until after the semester has begun.
- To request housing accommodations, students not registered with Disabilities Resources should complete an Intake Form. Students with existing accommodations should login to Accommodate and complete a supplemental request.

Emotional Support Animal: July 21, 2025 @ 12:00 noon
- Requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the summer. The deadline to request ESA accommodations in time for the start of the fall 2025 semester is Monday, July 21, 2025 @ 12:00 noon. Requests submitted after the deadline will still be reviewed but will not be processed until after the semester has begun.
- To request an emotional support animal (ESA), students not registered with Disabilities Resources should complete an Intake Form. Students with existing accommodations should login to Accommodate and complete a supplemental request.
