Call for Papers

Elon Law Review invites submissions for publication in our Volume 17, with an expected publication date of January–March 2025.

Recent articles published in the Elon Law Review have explored legal issues in areas such as judicial independence, intellectual property, freedom of speech, national security, legal education, immigration reform, and environmental law.

Elon Law Review invites article submissions from all areas of legal scholarship from professors at ABA-accredited law schools, as well as from currently enrolled students of Elon Law. We also invite authors at other professional and scholarly organizations to contact us regarding publication.

Scholarly articles of any length are welcome, although works of 50 pages or less are preferred. Please use footnotes that conform to the 21st edition of the Bluebook.  All submissions should include the article, cover letter, and a CV or resume.

Prospective authors should use Scholastica to submit articles automatically or contact the Articles Editor at lawreview@elon.edu for an expedited review of your submission.
