Call for Papers for the Elon Law Review

Elon Law Review invites submissions for Volume 18, with an expected publication date of January–March 2026.

Elon University School of Law

Elon University School of Law is the preeminent school for experiential learning in law, serving as the first and only law school that provides its students full-time, course-connected legal residencies as part of its full-time, 2.5-year program offered in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Elon Law Flex Program is an in-person, part-time program of legal study for working professionals in Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding regions.

Elon Law Review

Elon Law Review is a student-run scholarly journal of Elon University School of Law with a mission to advance legal scholarship through the contribution of intelligent discussion and analysis of the law.

Recent articles published in the Elon Law Review have explored legal issues in areas such as judicial independence, intellectual property, freedom of speech, national security, legal education, immigration reform, and environmental law.

Submissions

Elon Law Review invites article submissions from all areas of legal scholarship. Scholarly articles of any length are welcome, although works of fifty pages or less are preferred. Articles can be submitted through Scholastica or e-mail (lawreview@elon.edu). Please use footnotes that conform to the 21st edition of the Bluebook. All submissions should include the article, cover letter, and a CV or resume.

Subscriptions

The Law Review is accepting orders for subscriptions and back issues.

Subscriptions are $25 for domestic orders, which includes postage. North Carolina residents must add sales tax of 7.75%. Please complete our order form and mail it with your check to the following address:
