The Accounts Payable department processes checks for payment on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. The Vendor name determines who will process the payment. The alphabet is divided between Dorothy Rinehart, who works with A through L, and Judy Bowes, who works with M through Z.
Check requests should be received by 1:00 p.m. the day prior to the check run. "Date needed" should always be indicated on the request. Social Security numbers or Datatel numbers and addresses are extremely important for reporting purposes and identifying the correct person.
All check requests for Vendors should have page 1 of a W-9 filled out and attached.(Click here for page 1 of W-9)

Employees cannot approve their own request - they must have their Supervisor's signature. Please include a copy of the registration form when submitting a check request for a conference.
