Pre-Arrival Checklist

Before you arrive on campus, please make sure you complete the following items on this checklist.

  • Submit a photo for your Phoenix Card
The Phoenix Card is your student ID that gives you access to your Residence Hall, Dining Halls, the gym, the library, and many other essential campus locations and services. Submitting a photo ahead of time will save you time waiting in line and will make sure your Phoenix Card will be ready for you to start using right away! Follow the directions in the link above to get started.
  • Register your car
If you plan on bringing a car to campus, it must be registered with Campus Safety and Police. You will receive a parking permit for a specific lot on campus based on where you live. Registering online will ensure your parking permit will be waiting for you when you arrive. The parking registration system will open to first-year students on July 27th at 8:00am.
  • Order a micro-fridge for your room
These small microwave-refrigerator combinations are convenient ways to store food in your room. Order one ahead of time so it is waiting in your room when you move in. You can order other items to customize your room like carpets and desk hutches. Just make sure you coordinate with your roommate(s) before placing these orders! The online ordering system will be open to first-year students on July 27th at 8:00am.
