Nutshell: More computer time than one person can handle.

Vision: With everyone and all putting businesses and communications and their whole lives on the net how can anyone not be online?! Want to vote? Go online. Want to buy a car order it new and used, need to talk to someone e-mail it's free! Why not just get rid of long-distance service and buy a microphone?
