Vision: By 2020 a low-cost, easy-access internet will sweep the world but it will not be utilized. The way that such companies as Google and Yahoo are heading, possibly creating an oligopoly will allow smooth data flow. They will also have created enough revenue to make it incredibly affordable. However, there will always be third-world countries and while this technology may be available it will not be used because the population will certainly not have enough money to pay for this service let alone a computer.
