Nutshell: People will be able to reach anyone at anytime if they so wish, with both video and audio.

Vision: Through devices embedded in clothes - or even skin - that are constantly connected to the internet, anyone who allows contact can be contacted. A more sophisticated version of GPS will also be in the devices. Privacy will be key, and all features can be turned off by the user (possible override by warrant through judge).
