Nutshell: Wars will be fought on the internet, but not between nations.

Vision: MLM scammers, 419ers, people selling "male enhancement" products (What? It makes them take out the trash and do the dishes?) as well as the developers of spyware, will all find new and exciting ways of getting around the current blocking software.

The SW blocking companies will come out with patches and new programs, and the battle will be never-ending. This war will consume all of the net's resources, to the point that there will be nothing left to use on the real exchange of information and genuine commerce.
