Vision: My wallet vibrates. I pull it out, flip it open and see my mother, crying. "What's the matter," I ask? It's a death in the family. I put her on hold and tell my wallet, "Make flight reservations to LA, ASAP, to return in one week. Cancel all appointments during that time, send flowers to my mother's house..." I receive an itinary and return to the call. "Mom, I'll be arriving..."
