Vision: As more nations embrace the use of the internet, public outcry for access increases. Being "connected" is considered by many as essential and fundamentally a right as food, clothing, or shelter. Using various wireless technologies, public centers open around the globe; providing free high-speed internet connections. Large IP's either switch completely to content service or fold.
