Nutshell: The concept of a television channel will disappear

Vision: Networks and television channels will be a thing of the past. Watching a program will be on demand, free with commericals or pay without. Anyone with a few dollars will be producing entertainment and options will be almost without limit. Moore's law must shift to bandwidth.
