Important Dates for Current and Incoming Undergraduate Students

Below are important deadlines for undergraduate students to be aware of during the academic year related to academic, housing, dining, and emotional support animal (ESA) accommodations.

*Please note that the dates below are subject to change as needed.

**Housing and ESA accommodation requests are reviewed once monthly on a rolling basis. Completed requests and documentation are due to AAA on the last day of the preceding month in order to be reviewed by committee the following month.

Spring 2026

January 8, 2026Thursday
All students - Submit complete dining accommodation requests and documentation for spring 2026 by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time for first-round review. Decision sent shortly thereafter.
January 27, 2026Tuesday
All students - Submit complete dining accommodation requests and documentation for spring 2026 by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time for second-round review. Decision sent shortly thereafter.

February 2, 2026Monday
All students - Submit complete housing and/or ESA accommodation requests (for spring 2026) and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for review during monthly housing/ESA committee meeting in first week in February 2026

All students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2026 housing by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority first-round review (only for new requests or changes to accommodations)

All students - Submit Residence Life's General Housing Application via Phoenix Living by this date for fall 2026 housing (for new requests, renewals, and changes to accommodations)
February 12, 2026Thursday
All students - Submit complete dining accommodation requests and documentation for spring 2026 by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time for third-round and final review. Decision sent shortly thereafter.
April 10, 2026Friday
All students - Submit complete academic accommodation requests and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time to be reviewed before spring semester ends
April 30, 2026Thursday
Current students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2026 housing by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for review during housing/ESA committee meeting in first week in May 2026

Incoming students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2026 housing by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority first-round review during housing/ESA committee meeting in first week in May 2026

Fall 2026
