Important Dates for Current and Incoming Undergraduate Students

Below are important deadlines for undergraduate students to be aware of during the academic year related to academic, housing, dining, and emotional support animal (ESA) accommodations.

Fall 2025

May 1, 2025Thursday
Incoming students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2025 by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority first-round review in May

Current students (missed February 3, 2025 deadline) - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2025 by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority review in May (only for new requests or changes to accommodations)

All students - Submit complete emotional support animal (ESA) accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2025 by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority first-round review during summer
July 16, 2025Wednesday
All students - Submit complete emotional support animal (ESA) accommodation requests and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time to be reviewed before fall semester begins

All students - Submit complete emotional support animal (ESA) accommodation requests and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time to be reviewed before January/Winter Term 2026 begins

Spring 2026

All students - Submit complete housing and/or ESA accommodation requests (for spring 2026) and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for review during monthly housing/ESA committee meeting in first week in February 2026

All students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2026 housing by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time for priority first-round review (only for new requests or changes to accommodations)

All students - Submit Residence Life's General Housing Application via Phoenix Living by this date for fall 2026 housing (for new requests, renewals, and changes to accommodations)

All students - Submit complete academic accommodation requests and documentation by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time to be reviewed before spring semester ends
