Research/Creative Interests
My interests include firm disclosure, employee incentives, innovation, and environmental/social/governance disclosures.
My past research has examined the intersection of accounting and innovation, answering questions such as “How does firms’ innovation disclosure affect follow-on innovation?” and “Do state-level R&D tax credits increase innovation?” I have also examined the spill-over effects of employee incentives on peers’ productivity. In future research, I plan to examine firms’ Environmental, Social, and Governance Disclosures. If any of these projects peak your interest, please reach out!
Research/Creative Needs
My current research needs include literature reviews, data collection, and statistical analysis, but I am willing and excited to work with you on any project that overlaps with my interests.
