Who’s calling me? That is the work of our Elon’s Philanthropy Representatives! When you receive a call from a Philanthropy Representative student, you are in for a treat. Not only do they love talking to members of the Elon community, but they are passionate about the continued success of Elon and peers. You will feel the excitement all the way through the phone.
Meet our student callers!

Kemari Logan ‘28
Kemari Logan is a sophomore from Orlando, Florida majoring in Marketing and Strategic Communications with a minor in African American Studies. He serves as a SMART mentor, SGA senator for the School of Communications, and is also on the executive board for African Diaspora of Elon. He’s excited to work with University Advancement to continue support for Elon’s mission.

Stefania Abaunza ‘26
Stefania Abaunza is a senior from Fort Lee, New Jersey majoring in Strategic Communications with minors in Psychology and Food Studies. She’s a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority and the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) at Elon. Stefania spent part of her childhood growing up in Mexico and attended boarding school in Indiana where she was part of a close-knit and supportive community. She chose to attend Elon because it reminded her of these values and she’s excited to work with the Student Outreach Program to share her love for the place she feels at home!

Monique Fuchs ‘26
Monique Fuchs is a senior from Germany with a major in Strategic Communications and a minor in Business Administration. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and Sigma Iota Epsilon, a management society at Elon University with membership determined by excellence in management-related courses. Monique recently completed two internships, one in marketing for a boutique agency and another in social media for a startup company. She loves travelling and frequently returns to Germany to connect with family.

Tiffanie Grant ’26
Tiffanie Grant is a senior from Charlotte, North Carolina, majoring in Exercise Science at Elon. An Odyssey Scholar and CEL student scholar, she’s excited to continue her role as a Philanthropy Representative, connecting with alumni, parents, and friends. Tiffanie chose Elon for its strong exercise science program and vibrant campus life.

Ralf Schmidbauer ‘26
Ralf Schmidbauer is a senior from Germany majoring in International Business and minoring in Finance. As part of the International Business Dual Degree Program, he completed the first two years of his degree in Germany and has gained practical experience through internships at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a CPA firm. His first languages are German and Spanish. On campus, Ralf is a member of the Financial Management Association, the Consulting Club, the International Business Club and many more organizations. He loves experiencing different cultures, which he pursues through travel and by visiting the various cultural events at Elon.

Claire Newmark ‘28
Claire Newmark is a sophomore from St. Paul, Minnesota majoring in International Business with a minor in Italian. Along with being part of the Student Outreach Program, she is also the Communications Vice President for the Italian Club, as well as a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority. Claire was drawn to Elon because of the close relationships she saw fostered through clubs, classes, and activities thanks to the help of our donors. She is excited to share her experiences and make closer connections to people who also share the same experience.

Student philanthropy reps. make an IMAPCT:
- Inform you of happenings on campus and beyond.
- Make a difference for all that step onto Elon’s campus at any stage of life.
- Philanthropy to raise money for students on campus.
- Ambitious in making a difference for students, alumni, and all others.
- Cultivate new leaders in the world.
- Thank you for the impact of your past and future engagement at Elon.
What is the impact of the Student Outreach Program?
Student philanthropy representatives are committed to making an impact for Elon students. Not only do they outreach for financial support, but they also play a key role in thanking generous donors for their ability to engage with all Elon has to offer.
Philanthropy representatives talk to thousands of alumni, parents, grandparents and friends of Elon and raise thousands of dollars in gifts and pledges every year. Students not only make a tremendous impact on the Elon experience, but they also get a head start on their own careers by gaining key communication, persuasion, organization and leadership skills.
