Airport Shuttle Reservations

Shuttle service is provided to Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO-PTI) in Greensboro and the Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU) in Raleigh at designated break times throughout the year. Shuttle service will be available at the dates and times listed below for the 2025-26 academic year. Please schedule your shuttle trip departure at least two and a half hours (2.5 hours) prior to your flight departure.

Students must sign up at least twelve days before the first departure of each break to be guaranteed a seat.

Costs & Registration

• Shuttles picking up at Terminal 1 of Raleigh/Durham International Airport will always depart from the Southwest and Sprint Baggage Claim. Shuttles picking up at Terminal 2 will always depart from the Door Five Baggage Claim downstairs. Shuttles picking up at the Piedmont Triad International Airport will always depart from the Baggage Claim.
• To reserve your seat, visit www.elon.edu/transportationservices or select Reserve Your Seat below. All reservations must be completed online and paid via credit card. Remember to print your receipt for your record. If you do not see a confirmation number on your receipt, there has been an error. Please contact the Moseley Center Front Desk to resolve this issue.
• The service costs $45 to GSO (PTI) and $55 to RDU whether the student  needs a one-way or round-trip ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Airport Shuttles Online Reservation Closing Dates for 2025-26

After the closing dates for online reservations, if there are spaces still available, students will have to come to the Moseley Front Desk. These spaces will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until the designated spots are filled. Students will need to pay with a credit card.

Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on each day noted below.

Fall Break – Sunday, October 5, 2025

Thanksgiving Break –  Sunday, November 09, 2025

Holiday Break – Sunday, November 30, 2025

Fake Break – Wednesday January 14, 2026

Spring Break – Sunday, March 08, 2026

Summer Break – Thursday, May 7, 2026

All airport shuttles depart from the Elon Express bus stop at Inman Admissions Welcome Center on Elon’s main campus.
