Airport Shuttle Reservations

Shuttle service is provided to Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO-PTI) in Greensboro and the Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU) in Raleigh at designated break times throughout the year. Shuttle service will be available at the dates and times listed below for the 2023-24 academic year. Please schedule your shuttle trip departure at least two and a half hours (2.5 hours) prior to your flight departure.

Students must sign up at least ten days before the first departure of each break to be guaranteed a seat.

Costs & Registration

• Shuttles picking up at Terminal 1 of Raleigh/Durham International Airport will always depart from the Southwest and Sprint Baggage Claim. Shuttles picking up at Terminal 2 will always depart from the Door Five Baggage Claim downstairs. Shuttles picking up at the Piedmont Triad International Airport will always depart from the Baggage Claim.
• The service costs $40 to GSO (PTI) and $50 to RDU whether the student needs a one-way or round-trip ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the refund policy for more information.
• To reserve your seat, visit www.elon.edu/transportationservices or select Reserve Your Seat below. All reservations must be completed online and paid via credit card. Remember to print your receipt for your record. If you do not see a confirmation number on your receipt, there has been an error. Please contact the Moseley Center Front Desk to resolve this issue.

Airport Shuttles Online Reservation Closing Dates for 2023-24

After the closing dates for online reservations, if there are spaces still available, students will have to come to the Moseley Front Desk. These spaces will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until the designated spots are filled. Students will need to pay with a credit card.

Registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on each day noted below.

Fall Break – Sunday, October 1, 2023

Thanksgiving Break –  Sunday, November 5, 2023

Holiday Break – Sunday, November 26, 2023

Fake Break – Monday, January 15, 2024

Spring Break – Sunday, March 10, 2024

Summer Break – Wednesday, May 8, 2024

All airport shuttles depart from the Elon Express bus stop at Inman Admissions Welcome Center on Elon’s main campus.
