• Andrew joins us from Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) where he worked as an Assistant Director of Advanced Media.
• He has experience producing videos for social media, apps, websites, and television for athletic and academic events.
• He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting with a minor in Marketing from Western Illinois University.

• Alexandra comes to Elon from Bushwick, NY where she was a Bilingual Psychotherapist with New York Psychotherapy Counseling Center.
• She has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology both from Queens College, City University of New York

Regional Assistant Director of Admissions

• Allie joins us from her alma mater, Colorado State University, where she most recently served as a Regional Transfer Admissions Counselor based in Denver, Colorado.
• Allie has extensive experience serving as a mentor, resource and advocate for students, with prior roles at CSU’s Office of Service Learning and Center for Mindfulness, as well as a Graduate Assistant for the Center for Women and Gender Equity at the University of Northern Colorado. Allie holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, and an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado.

Police Officer – Campus Safety and Police

• Kalli”Ana earned a Bachelor’s degree at Quinnipiac University – Pre-Law focus (Spring 2022) and a Master’s Degree (MSBA – Business Analytics) from Elon University in Spring 2023.
• Kalli’Ana ran Track at Quinnipiac and was most recently a member of Elon University’s Women’s Track and Field Championship team.
• Kalli’Ana will begin her basic law enforcement training at ACC on August 7, 2023.

Assistant Director, First-Generation Student Support Services

• Kenneth comes to Elon after serving as a Graduate Supervisor for Diversity Education in Residence Life at Indiana University where he earned his Master’s of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs this past May.
• He is no stranger to Elon as he graduated from Elon in 2019 with a degree in Human Service Studies and was a highly involved student leader.

Counselor

• Bonny joins us from the Alexander Youth Network in Greensboro/High Point area where she served as a Counselor II.
• She has a Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Elon University.

Associate Director of Residence Life for Residential Education & Community Development

• Sarah Ann comes to Elon from Savannah College of Art and Design where she served as the Director of Housing.
• She received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration with specialization in Student Affairs from North Carolina State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Ancient/ Medieval History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Assistant Director of Career Services, College of Arts and Sciences

• After serving as one of our two Career Fellows last year, Adriana Batiz Daleccio joins the SPDC as the Assistant Director of Career Services, College of Arts and Sciences
• Adriana has prior experience as a Peer Mentoring Coordinator for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Adriana holds a Master of Education, Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Information Management from UNLV.

Community Director of Residence Life

• Jasmine comes to Elon from the University of North Carolina where she served as a Community Director.
• She received her Master of Medical Sciences – Public Heath from Liberty University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University.

Associate Director of Planned Giving

• Before returning to Elon, Leanna worked in the areas of education, hospitality, and financial services. She brings diverse experience providing oversight and successful execution within nonprofit and corporate organizations; complemented with expertise in stakeholder relationship management, business development and operations, people leadership and community outreach.
• Most recently, Leanna served as the Director of Client Services at Topsail Re, a reinsurer in Greensboro, NC.
• Leanna earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Elon University in 2002 a Masters in School Administration (MSA) from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2011.

Instructional Technologist, Teaching and Learning Technologies

• Sagun joins us from the Pennsylvania State University where he worked as an Instructional Designer and Teaching Assistant for Workforce Education Program.
• He has taught several online undergraduate courses and designed courses for early career professionals.
• He holds a PhD in Learning, Design, and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University.

• Joseph comes to Elon from Elizabeth City State University where he served as the Residential Life Community Director in the Office of Housing and Residence Life.
• He earned a Master of Education in Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Music from Norfolk State University

• Taylor comes to Elon after serving as a Graduate Assistant in Fraternity and Sorority Life at Texas Tech University.
• She earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies at Tarleton State University

• Becky joins us from Southwest Guilford Middle School in Guilford County. She worked there as a Science Educator since 2017.
• She has volunteered as a curriculum designer at Super 7 girls and supported several technology-enabled teaching initiatives.
• She holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from Western Governor’s University.

Community Director of Residence Life

• Anna comes to Elon from the American Campus Communities at Prairie View Agricultural and Mechanical University where she was a Residence Life Coordinator.
• She received her Master of Arts in English and African American Literature from North Carolina A & T University and her Bachelor of Arts from Livingston College.

Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions Systems + Operations 

• Bre began her Elon career in a temporary, part-time support role (Graduate Admissions Specialist) for our School of Health Sciences in August of 2021 and expanded this role to a full-time position in June of 2022. Through a strong, team-based partnership with Natalie Larson, our Director of Admissions for the School of Health Sciences, Bre excelled, developing significant interest and aptitude for process optimization, and systems management. Her experience, in concert with a desire for continued growth in Graduate Admissions, particularly in Sate, enabled her to make a truly successful transition into her current role as Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions Systems + Operations (AKA all things Slate) this past June. Within 5 weeks of assuming this role, Bre successfully integrated the Graduate Admissions instance of Slate with multiple external databases, and became a sought after expert perspective for other institutions using Slate across the state of NC struggling with 3rd party systems integrations.
• The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions Systems + Operations is a new position in the Graduate Admissions department, and Bre’s appointment into this inaugural role will help ensure our continued success in systems optimization and innovation!
• Bre earned her bachelor’s degree from NC State University where she majored in Psychology, and minored in Biology (’14). Bre is currently finishing her MBA here at Elon University, and is expected to graduate in 2024.

Accommodations Specialist, Disabilities Resources 

• Casey joins us from Alamance Community College, where they served as a Disability Services Assistant for 2 years.
• Casey has prior experience in reviewing student accommodations, creating accessible materials for students, ensuring accessible and appropriate testing environments, and more. They earned a B.A. in Physics from Wellesley College and are currently pursuing an M.S. in Disability Services in Higher Education from CUNY School of Professional Studies.

Assistant Director of Annual Giving

• Justin joins Elon from The University of the South where he served as the Assistant Director of the Sewanee Fund. Justin previously held positions in student affairs at Randolph College, the University of Lynchburg, South Dakota State University, and Louisiana State University.
• He holds a B.S. in Sport Management from Roanoke College and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University.

Director of Regional Centers

• Ashley joins us from the University of Richmond, where she served as Associate Director, Employer Relations.
• Previous Associate Director of Corporate and Employer Relations, supporting the School of Communications.
• Held numerous roles supporting both the Elon in LA program and Elon in NY program.
• Supported students through student life roles and helped navigate internship and employer relations opportunities.
• BA from the College of William and Mary
• MEd Student Affairs Practice in Higher Education from the University of Virginia

Academic Advising Fellow, Academic Advising 

• Emily joins us from Appalachian State University.
• Emily earned a BA in Gender, Women’s and Sexuality studies and an MSW with a concentration in individual and family practice. During her time in graduate school, she worked in disability resources and coached neurodivergent students as a person-centered planning advisor.

Assistant Director of Campus Recreation & Wellness for Fitness and Aquatics

• Jody comes to Elon after serving as a Graduate Assistant of Facilities, Aquatics, and Marketing at State University of New York at Cortland.
• She received both her Master of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from State University of New York College at Cortland.

Communications Strategist for IT, Teaching and Learning Technologies 

• Daniel joins us from Piedmont Community College where he was the Communication Specialist.
• He is an experienced media professional with expertise in utilizing photos, videos, print, and online resources to convey the work of an organization.
• He holds a B.S. in Broadcasting and Journalism from Appalachian State University and is nearing completion of his M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication from University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Director of Student Care and Outreach 

• David comes to Elon from the University of North Florida where he served as the Assistant Dean of Students for CARE Services and Director of the “Supporting Our Students” Program.
• He has a Doctor of Education in Leadership in Higher Education Administration from University of Florida, a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University.

Community Director for Residence Life

• Carley joins Elon from Christopher Newport University where she served as a Residential Fellow.
• She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Christopher Newport University.

Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for our LSB programs

• Heather began her professional career as an admissions professional at Elon in 1994 after earning her bachelors degree in Business from Elon. Throughout her professional experience, she has supported the student experience across many facets of the student lifecycle in various roles and titles, including her most recent experience as Senior Associate Director of admissions at Campbell University, and independent consultant work with Credo.
• The Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for the LSB programs is an important role in graduate admissions office and is the primary point of contact for prospective students, and collaborates closely with our departmental counterparts.
• In addition to earning her bachelors degree from Elon in 1995, Heather also earned her Master’s degree in conflict resolution from UNC Greensboro in 2008.

Assistant Director of Career Services for Student Employment and First-year Students

• Kameryn joins the SPDC from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she served as the Your First Year Coordinator
• Kameryn has prior experience as the Graduate Assistant for the Your First Year Program and as a Student-Athlete Support Services Intern at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Kameryn “Kam” Taylor holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UNCG.

Admissions Counselor

• Erica joins us from High Point University, where she served as an admissions counselor for one year. She is a 2022 graduate of Norwich University.

Associate Director of Residence Life for Facilities and Operations 

• Danielle comes to Elon from the University of the South – Sewanee where she was an Assistant Director of Residential Life.
• She has a Master of Arts in History from East Tennessee State University, a Master of Science in Higher Educational Leadership from University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia Gwinnett College.

Director of Payroll

• Armeka joins us from High Point University where he was the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources.
• Armeka has extensive experience in higher education, payroll, DEI efforts and process improvement. Armeka has his BSBA from Elon University.

Director of Center for Leadership

• Tierza brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at UNC Wilmington, NC State, Georgia Southern, UNC Charlotte, and most recently the University of Colorado Denver where she served as the Director of Student Life.
• She earned both her Master of Arts in College Student Development and her Bachelor of Science in Communications Media from Appalachian State University

Assistant Director of Student Conduct  

• Rebecca worked as a graduate intern in Student Conduct at Elon University prior to being hired as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct.
• She earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Elon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

Community Director of Residence Life

• Jordyn worked as the University Activities Board Advisor for Student Leadership & Engagement at North Carolina State University prior to coming to Elon.
• She earned both her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University.

Athletic Trainer for Club Sports & Performing Arts

• Christina joins Elon from Liberty University where she served as one of the Athletic Trainer for the Football team.
• She has a Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Greensboro College.

Communications Specialist for Inclusive Excellence – Office of University Communications

• Michaela joins us after earning her master of arts in interactive media from Elon in May, during which she served as graduate student assistant in the Office of the President.
• Michaela graduated from Bennett College with a degree in journalism and media studies. She brings to her new role a wide range of expertise in multimedia storytelling, graphic design and digital media writing.

Assistant Athletic Trainer

• Kristin is a recent graduate of the Aurora University Athletic Training program.
• Kristin gained clinical experience at Wheaton College, Aurora University, Metea Valley High School and Judson University. She holds a BA in Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, IA, and a Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from Aurora University.

Coordinator of Alumni Engagement, University Advancement

• Raegan recently graduated with her B.A. from Elon in May of 2023, majoring in both Political Science and Sociology.  She worked in the Office of Alumni Engagement as a student worker prior to taking on this full-time position.

Administrative Assistant

• Amber joins us from the NCWorks Career Center in Burlington, NC, where she served as a Youth Career Advisor for nine years.
• BA in Sociology from Lenoir-Rhyne University
• M.A. in Education from Ashford University
• Amber owns a 501c3 non-profit that helps rescue shelter animals from Burlington Animal Services and within Alamance County.

Academic Coordinator, Academic Support for Athletics

• Nicki joins us from Baylor University in Waco, TX, where she served as an Assistant Academic Coach with the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
• Nicki has prior experience in athletic academic advising at Baylor University as well as Texas A&M University-Commerce. She holds a BS in Sociology from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an M.Ed. in Student Affairs from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Video Production Engineer, Teaching and Learning Technologies

• John graduated from Elon in 2023 with a degree in Music Production & Recording Arts.
• He worked all four years of his undergraduate career with the Event and Technology Services group, serving as their student team leader.
• While attending Elon, he also served as the president of Club Esports and was a member of the President’s Student Leadership Advisory Council.

Groundskeeper

• Michael was originally born in Virginia, however has spent most of his life in North Carolina.  He has attended both Eastern Guilford High School as well as Alamance Community College.
• Michael loves working outdoors.  Previous he worked as an Electrician Apprentice at a Greensboro electrical company.
