The Group Exercise program has something for everyone! Our positive, energetic, instructors give students, faculty and staff an incentive to keep working out. Whether your goal is to tone, lose weight, reduce stress, gain flexibility, or just have fun, group exercise is the place to be! We provide a variety of classes Sunday thru Friday each week so we are bound to have something that meets your needs. Our student instructors are nationally certified by AFAA. The Group Exercise fee is $20 per year (Aug - Aug) for unlimited classes.
Passes will be distributed 30 minutes before the scheduled class and some class sizes are limited.
Mind/Body Classes: Pilates, Sunrise Yoga, Broga, Flow Yoga, Power Yoga.
Cardio-Strength Classes: Awesome Abs, Kickboxing, Total Body Conditioning, BootCamp, HABIT, Step, Triad, Fabulegs, H.I.I.T., Cardio Fusion, Zumba, Cycle, Ride and Relax, Bottomline, Cardio Burn, Pump

The Group Exercise program offers the opportunity to hold special classes for individual groups, organizations, and departments.
