ELOA offers private s’mores events for groups and organizations. ELOA offers private s’mores events only on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please note that requests need to be made at least two weeks in advance, and provide us with a first and second choice date for a Tuesday or Friday. Upon submission of your request, we will confirm your event based on our availability. If neither of your dates are available we will ask you to submit a new form with alternative dates.

26-50 participants: $65
51-75 participants: $75
76-100 participants: $85

If we’re able to accept your request, we’ll discuss pricing, including staffing costs. Please note that requesting groups are responsible for all costs incurred on a private trip including food, gas, equipment rental, or vendor payments. ELOA staff rates are $75 per day per staff member.
