Rental Equipment
Campus Recreation and Wellness Equipment Rental
Complete the equipment rental form, which can also be found on the Elon RecWell app to request outdoor games/fitness equipment reservations. Once your request is submitted and approved, you will be contacted with any additional details regarding your reservation. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All equipment is picked up at the Campus Recreation and Wellness business operations office in the Koury Center. Payment is due when equipment is picked up and can be made via Phoenix Cash, cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Equipment will be inspected upon checkout and check-in. Staff will assess damage/replacement fees based on the condition at check-in. Late fees for all equipment are $10 per day.
Outdoor equipment (tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, etc.) is available to rent using this request form or the Elon RecWell app. A full list of available outdoor equipment is available on the Elon Outdoors equipment rental website.
