Mind-Body Connection Suite

The Mind-Body Connection suite provides students with a wellness and relaxation experience that can complement their fitness routine. Whether you are going before or after a workout or as a stand-alone experience, you can engage your senses through our aromatherapy services, massage chair or both. This sensory experience promotes holistic well-being by meeting several of the dimensions of wellness including emotional and physical.

Research shows that health benefits of massage chairs include faster workout recovery, lower blood pressure and heart rate, less headaches, and improved immune system. Please sign up on RecWell app.

Aromatherapy Program

Campus Recreation and Wellness developed the aromatherapy program as a part of their comprehensive wellness services. The program operates out of the Mind-Body Connection suite located next to the front desk in the Koury (Athletics) Center. Students may drop by during our regular hours of operation to pick up an aromatherapy spray. There are currently eight blends to choose!
