Humanities Week
October 5-9, 2026

The Ad-Hoc Committee for the Promotion of the Humanities is pleased to announce their first ever “Humanities Week,” which will run from October 5-9 with the support of the Departments of Art History, English, History, Philosophy, Religious Studies and World Languages and Cultures. The week will feature a slate of events to communicate the value of the humanistic disciplines in a digital age. All Elon community members are welcome to join.

Dinner will be provided.

Being Human Coffee, from 9:50 – 10:20 a.m. in Numen Lumen

Friday, Oct. 9

Being Human Alumni Reception and Networking from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. on the Spence Pavilion Patio

Refreshments will be provided.
