HealthEU (HEU) courses are 1 or 2 credit academic courses designed to empower individuals to develop skills to aid their wellness journey. Students can enroll in courses from a variety of wellness dimensions (physical, emotional, social, financial, purpose, and community wellness). Courses will address one or more dimensions, while also reflecting on the holistic and interdependent nature of wellness and well-being.

Wellness is not a final destination but rather an ongoing journey and process. Wellness looks different for every individual because it is deeply personal and shaped by unique circumstances, values, and goals. At its core, wellness is about striving toward balance and growth in ways that support overall health and quality of life, making it a lifelong pursuit rather than a fixed outcome. HEU courses are designed to give students an opportunity to explore what this process might look like for them personally, helping them connect the idea of wellness to their own lives in meaningful and practical ways.

Course offerings are subject to vary from semester to semester due to interest and availability of instructors. Some courses have an additional fee.
