Retirement Savings with TIAA

Elon University partners with TIAA to provide employees with access to retirement savings plans designed to support long-term financial security. All full-time regular employees are required to participate in the defined contribution plan after completing a one-year waiting period (unless waived through prior 403(b) participation). Employees are required to contribute 4% of their annual base salary, and Elon contributes 8%. Additionally, Elon employees are 100% vested.
