Marketing Requests
The Office of University Communications (UC) provides innovative and strategic solutions to drive university goals and tell its story.
The UC Creative Services team approaches each project strategically, creatively, and with campus partners’ goals in mind while also incorporating the strength of the Elon University brand. The team will evaluate all incoming projects to best determine how to approach the project and who will perform the work. Here are some of the questions that UC Creative Services will consider:
- Does the project aid in advancing or protecting the overall reputation of the institution?
- Is it relevant to the university’s main priorities/initiatives? Does it address key university goals?
- Does it target key external audiences?
- Does it allow for adequate timing of deliverables?
The UC Creative Services team will work closely with campus partners to find the right creative resource to complete the project. It may be the UC Creative Services team, or it could be using an existing template or engaging a freelance professional.
Elon Employees Who Work at Queens:
Marketing requests can be submitted through the Elon University Communications marketing request form. An Elon login and budget code are needed. If you do not have access to that, please work with your supervisor to secure appropriate information. If using templates, be sure to submit your finished version to UC for brand review. Photography requests can be made using the photography request form.
Continuing Queens Employees:
For a general marketing request, contact Anna Pomaro, director of strategic communications, at pomaroa@queens.edu to assess whether UC support, templates or a freelancer would be appropriate for the project. For admissions marketing requests, contact Megan Parrish, associate director of marketing communications, at parrishm@queens.edu.
