Student Employment Overview

Health Promotion hires peer health educators and health promotion assistants throughout the year. We have a strong emphasis on student development and student leadership. All our student staff are trained in NASPA’s certified peer educator training.

Hiring

Health Promotion hires student employees in the Fall and Spring semesters. The application form is on the Health Promotion PhoenixCONNECT page in the forms section.

Health Promotion has developed a competitive hiring process similar to what a hiring process for a professional post-graduate job would entail. From the informational session and application materials and interviews, we hope to give students the practical experience of applying for a job.
