Elon University’s MSBA Flex Program in Charlotte is a part-time, STEM-certified graduate degree designed for professionals who want to build advanced skills in data analytics, artificial intelligence and business strategy. The MSBA Flex Program shares the same core curriculum as MSBA on Elon’s main campus.

Elon University Charlotte campus

AI in Action Focus

The Charlotte program emphasizes applied AI and analytics through the capstone experience and select courses (e.g., MSBA 6660 and management core electives). Students build entrepreneurial and analytics skills and design applied AI tools in preparation for a rapidly changing workplace.

Domestic AI Trek

Students may participate in an optional immersive experience in locations such as New York City or San Francisco, engaging with leading firms to understand how data and AI are driving organizational change.

Charlotte Professional Community

The professional development course and co-curricular programming are designed specifically for Charlotte-based professionals and include mentoring, events with local business leaders, and engagement with the MSBA Flex advisory board in Charlotte.
