2025 Plan Information
You have the option to choose between two vision plans for 2025: the standard base plan and an enhanced buy-up plan. Both plans offer coverage for eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses, with the buy-up plan providing additional allowances and expanded benefits.
