Hey everyone! My name is Kamal Lado and I am from Saint Louis, MO, majoring in Music Theatre. If I’m not in the GLC, you can find me in the Center for the Arts. Whether it’s acting, singing, dancing, directing or choreographing, I’m always performing something. Besides theater, I love American history, going to the gym, making playlists and discovering new coffee shops. This year, I’m excited to be the manager of the Communications & Resources team and continue to update our office resources and programming. It’s my goal that by doing this work we’ll continue to make Elon a more inclusive and colorful community. If you’re interested in knowing more about me, be sure to visit me at my website, kamallado.com!

I'm super excited to be the returning Student Manager of Presentations and Trainings at the GLC and look forward to continuing to educate Elon Students about the LGBTQIA community. Feel free to stop by the GLC and say hey! I hope to make Elon a more inclusive environment for LGBTQIA people with my time in the GLC. I can’t wait to start working on some projects and meet new people. Feel free to stop by in Moseley 211 and say hey!

My favorite thing is meeting new people, so don’t be afraid to stop by and say hi!

Hi everyone! My name is Ailene, but everyone calls me Woz. I am a psychology major with a human service studies minor. I am also an Elon College Fellow, VP for club volleyball, and a member of Tri Delta. However, I always find time to binge-watch a new TV show, gush about my dog and niece and nephew, jam to One Direction/Harry Styles, and dye my hair to drive my mom crazy. I am so excited to be working in the GLC on both the Presentations and Trainings team and the Gender-Based Violence Prevention team. My goal working here is to make more people aware of the resources and community for LGBTQIA people on campus. Please stop by the GLC anytime to say hi, and I'll probably end up talking to you for way longer than you bargained for!
