Reserving the Interprofessional Simulation Center

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a simulation activity at the Elon University School of Health Sciences Interprofessional Simulation Center. Our educational courses take precedence in reserving the space to best meet the needs of our students.

Policies and Procedures

Prior to utilizing the Interprofessional Simulation Center, we ask that you review the Policies and Procedure Manual.

We also recommend reviewing The Society for Simulation in Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice.

Activity Request Form

Case Scenario Creation

Once you reserve the Interprofessional Simulation Center, we ask that you complete the Case Scenario Creation Template. This will help our center assist you in providing the best educational experience for your students or participants. Please email the completed form to Nita Skillman (nskillman@elon.edu) and Bethany Fearnow (bfearnow@elon.edu). You may also upload directly into the Activity Request Form.
