The Elon University School of Education currently is searching for a new dean. The search committee is working with executive search consultant Martin Baker of Baker and Associates LLC.

In late August 2008 the search committee developed a position description and advertisement.

The committee will begin reviewing candidate files in October. The committee intends to begin preliminary interviews in November.
