Welcome to Elon University!

To ensure an easy transition to the university and to get new employees on the appropriate pay cycle, the following paperwork must be completed and returned to the Office of Human Resources prior to the first day of employment.

E-Verify Information

Effective as of October 1, 2012, Elon University is an E-Verify participant. Federal law requires all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work in the United States. Information is provided below and is available to print.

The Office of Human Resources is required by law to see original identification that you present in person (as noted on the I-9 form) on or before your first day of employment. Please do not send copies of your identification documents through the mail. Failure to provide the required documents will result in you not being employed by Elon University.
