Information for Seniors
All students who plan to complete their course requirements
for graduation at the end of Fall Semester, Winter Term or
Spring Semester must file an
application for degree in the Registrar's Office,
Alamance 102 by October 31,
2008. The procedure for filing an application is as
follows:

Get the
application form online or from the Registrar's
Office, Alamance 102.

Complete the form and submit the $70.00 (UG) graduation
fee to the Bursar's Office, Alamance 111.

Return the completed application form to the
Registrar's Office, Alamance 102, and schedule an
appointment with Susan Patton, Associate Registrar, to
review your academic record.

After you meet with Ms. Patton, plan to be in frequent
contact with your advisor to see that all requirements
for graduation are completed.
Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2009.

All graduating seniors are required to attend the
Commencement exercises. Exceptions are granted only in
extreme cases, such as active military service. If you
anticipate such a situation, which will prevent you
from attending, you must file an application in the
Registrar's Office for permission to graduate in
absentia.
Note: Please make sure all relevant
transcripts from other institutions attended have been
forwarded to Elon University, Attn: Susan Patton, 2106 CB,
Elon, NC 27244, prior to your appointment date.
