Department Chair/Program Director Forms

We are excited to pilot the new eDocs electronic form platform. The Department Chair forms and the grade change form are the first to launch. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns after referencing the information in the knowledge base articles for the Closed Course and/or Prerequisite Waiver or the Substitution Exception Form.

Important note – you must be connected to Elon’s network to access eDocs.  If you are off campus, you must install the VPN client .  Please read the VPN Frequently Asked Questions for information about connecting to VPN on your mobile device.
