Leadership Workshops
Leadership Workshops are available for all Elon students to advance their leadership knowledge and skills. These 1-hour experiences help you understand yourself as a leader, how to work effectively with others, and how to create change. You can sign up for a Leadership Workshop via the Center for Leadership’s PhoenixCONNECT page!
These leadership experiences have been intentionally designed to provide you with an opportunity to connect with fellow students, explore concepts of leadership, reflect on your leadership capacity, and identify goals and future opportunities.

Spring 2026 Workshops

Doubt, feeling unqualified, or even incompetent can creep into our thoughts which in turn can derail our leadership efforts. So, what’s going on? If these feelings are a regular occurrence, you are most likely you’re dealing with imposter syndrome. In this workshop you’ll learn about the 5 different types of “imposters,” which type may be your default, process your experience, and learn strategies for feeling more confident and capable. |
