Associate Director of Career Services

Rhonda Kosusko is the Associate Director of Career Services and serves as the liaison to the School of Education and Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences.  In addition to counseling students and alumni one-on-one on all career-related topics including choosing a major and/or career direction, developing internship and job search strategies, preparing marketing materials including resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews and exploring graduate school options, Rhonda coordinates and promotes many career services events and programs such as Professional Discovery Week, the Transition Strategies Course Program, the Elon Teacher Fair and various other workshops throughout the year.  She also gives presentations on career-related issues.

Rhonda has been a career advisor/consultant for over fifteen years and has experience working with college students and other adults in transition and in assisting clients with career decisions, career planning and the job search process.  Prior to her own career transition into counseling, she worked for over ten years in public relations in the business and nonprofit sectors.
