An Elon education prepares students to be leaders across a range of fields. We work with your student to help them define what success means to them and how they can achieve their goals. Be open-minded as your student considers and reconsiders the vision for their future.

On-Campus Student Employment

Elon encourages, supports, and significantly funds on-campus student employment. Students work in almost every department of the University through the institutional and federal work-study programs. Students apply on the Elon Job Network by submitting resumes, completing applications and interviewing as part of selection processes. Students have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, transferrable skills and academic application through student employment.

Career Advising

The Elon Student Professional Development Center (SPDC) supports the mission, academic programs, and advancement of Elon University. The Elon SPDC assists students and alumni in understanding their career-related interests, individual preferences, strengths, and values.  Also, we coach students in learning how to conduct an effective internship, job, or graduate program search, for the ultimate purpose of pursuing meaningful careers over a lifetime.

Campus Recruitment

Elon’s network of employers, alumni, parents and friends connects students to premier career opportunities. Employers participate in career expos and workshops and conduct on-campus interviews. The Elon Job Network offers 24/7 access to internship and job postings for students and alumni.
