 Kristen Aquilino

International Career Fellow 

Kristen Aquilino serves as the International Career Fellow of the Student Professional Development Center. In this role, she works with students and colleagues to help foster the global career aspirations of the Elon student community. She co- teaches a transitions strategies course, meets individually with students, and collaborates with faculty and staff to deliver career-related programs and presentations for students interested in pursuing international professional opportunities.

Previously, Kristen has had a variety of both domestic and international experiences, each with a very close tie to the field of Education. After completing a BS in Psychology and International Studies at Penn State University, she worked to gain experience within education from multiple vantage points including consulting, teaching, and programming, as well as through completion of a Master’s degree in International Education Policy at the University of Maryland.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her enjoying the outdoors, trying a new cookie recipe, or stationed at a local coffee shop for some work and reading. She has the travel bug and will take advantage of any opportunity to discover new places!
