Kim has an extensive background in corporate communications and serves as the primary engagement manager for marketing projects. Kim uses data analytics and research findings to drive client engagement and leverages insights to develop innovative programs, processes, and campaigns that empower students with the skills and critical know-how needed to achieve their academic, professional, and career related goals.
Kim arrived at Elon in 1994 and had more than 21 years of varied experiences working and consulting with higher education administrators to develop and execute programs meeting university-wide goals.
Kim and her husband Dan have a blended family and enjoy spending time with them as often as possible. Kim enjoys painting, playing cards, board games, flower arranging, and pottery. She delights in outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, skiing, and kayaking. Additionally, Kim has a deep interest in personal fitness and loves to seek out great finds at antique festivals, thrift stores, and sales.
