Marianne Brigola

Assistant Director of Career Services for the School of Communications

Marianne Brigola serves as the Assistant Director of Career Services for the School of Communications. In this role, she works with students in identifying potential major and career choices, connecting them with professional and alumni networks, helping students develop their professional brand through resumes, cover letters and interviews, and working with students to create a strategic plan for finding jobs and internships. She also collaborates with faculty and other SPDC colleagues to create and deliver career-related programming for Communications Students.

No stranger to Elon, Marianne previously served as one of the inaugural SPDC Career Fellows, and as an assistant coordinator to the Elon in LA and Bridges in LA summer domestic study program. In addition to her experience at Elon, she has also been a Career Counselor at the University of Virginia and a mental health counselor in Wake County, NC.
