Debby is responsible for assisting students with job and internship searches, providing resumé and cover letter critiques, explaining the practical application of the experiential learning requirement (ELR) to students, and supervising the Individualized Learning component of the ELR. This includes co-monitoring the co-op program and serving as an internship resource for faculty. Other responsibilities include helping employers develop internship programs with Elon and advertising internship opportunities to faculty and students. Debby is also co-advisor for the student SHRM chapter (society for human resource management), which is a professional organization.
