Center for Leadership Student Directors
The Center for Leadership offers two dynamic student leadership roles as Student Directors. These leaders play a vital role in overseeing various office operations and commit to a one-year term, starting with a transition in February and continuing through the Spring and Fall semesters.
As a Student Director, you’ll engage in a customized leadership experience that promotes both personal and professional growth. Working closely with our professional staff, you’ll develop essential leadership skills and make meaningful contributions to our mission of fostering leadership excellence. 2025 CFL Student Directors:

Communications & Media Student Director
Caitlin Fish (she/her) is a member of the Class of 2027. She is from Annapolis, Maryland, and is double-majoring in Strategic Communications and Media Analytics. Caitlin believes passion is key in leading others to create excellence.
Caitlin is responsible for the CFL Newsletter, Podcast, Graphic Design, and Social Media accounts.

Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows, Student Director
Jonathan Loeb (he/him) is a member of the Class of 2027, from Solon, Ohio, and double-majoring in Exercise Science and Music. Jonathan has held leadership positions in Elon Runs and the Milk Club and is actively involved with AEPI, Hillel, Odyssey Scholars, and is a Tour Guide in Admissions.
Jonathan supports the 90+ members of the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows program and assists the Director of the Leadership Fellows program with administrative tasks.
