Students majoring in theatre arts (acting), music theatre, or theatrical design and production can apply for talent-based scholarships ranging from $500 to $6,000 annually. The department interview/audition automatically places students in consideration for these talent-based awards. Scholarships are renewable annually based on acceptable academic performance.

Students who major in music, music education, music performance or music technology can compete for talent- and need-based scholarships. Band scholarships are available to both music and non-music majors. A limited number of choral activities scholarships are available for music and non-music majors who audition and are chosen to sing in Elon's vocal jazz ensemble. The scholarships range from $500 to $5,000 annually.
