Elon is the leader in student success. Our team is ready to help you easily transfer to our top-rated national university. Experiential learning, innovative teaching and mentoring programs and a superb graduation rate make Elon your best choice.
At Elon, a transfer student is defined as a student who has completed 12 transferable credit hours after graduating high school with a minimum GPA of 2.7. If you are currently enrolled in your first semester and enrolled in at least 12 semester hours, you should also apply as a transfer. If you are a part-time student or have fewer than 12 semester hours (after high school graduation), please submit a first-year application.
Transfer students are admitted based on their academic records at the institutions from which they are transferring. To graduate, you must complete 60 semester hours or more at Elon, including the last term before graduation.
Transfer Engagement Scholarships are available. Students with a 3.0 GPA and 24 transferrable credits are eligible for the $4,500 scholarship.
If you are enrolled in a middle or early college program, you should complete the application for first-year admission.
