Important COVID-19 Updates
We are monitoring the coronavirus closely (elon.edu/coronavirus). In accordance with CDC guidelines, all campus visits and admitted-student events have been canceled through April 30.
We understand that choosing a college during these unprecedented times is particularly challenging. For this reason, we have created Life As A Phoenix, a comprehensive virtual experience, to help.
As the coronavirus situation evolves, our offerings may change, so please check Life As A Phoenix frequently and your email or texts for updates. Send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 336-278-3566. Please stay healthy and safe.
While we aren’t able to welcome you to campus at this time, we remain committed to sharing more about the Elon student experience with you. We are offering virtual campus visit sessions to prospective students, who have not yet applied to Elon, as well as to our admitted students.
If you can’t make it to campus for a visit or you just want to see our campus again, we offer a series of short videos that provide a glimpse of what it’s like to be an Elon student. From residential neighborhoods to innovative classroom spaces, dining halls, the student center and more, take take a virtual tour of all the places our students love at Elon.
Tours begin at the Inman Admissions Welcome Center and are offered at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and most Saturdays throughout the year.
Our campus tours begin with an information session led by an admissions counselor who will provide details about the admissions and financial aid process. Seating is limited and reservations are strongly encouraged. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee space for the information session and tour.
Following the information session, a student guide will lead the campus walking tour. Our student guides love telling their stories and answering questions, so this a great opportunity to learn firsthand what it’s like to be a student at Elon. Meet our tour guides.
After you register for a tour, a confirmation email will be sent that includes directions to campus and other important information. Be sure to check your email prior to your visit.
Your information session and tour will last approximately two hours. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, tours will be canceled to ensure the safety of our visitors. You will be notified via email and/or text message if there is a change.
Group visits to campus are available Monday through Friday and require advance registration. We are able to accommodate school and nonprofit groups (5-50 students at a time) who work with high school students.
Transfer Student Visits
We offer a separate campus visit experience for transfer students and their families. We offer multiple campus visit sessions in the fall and spring. Registration is required.
