Response to Covid 19
Residence Life has worked to create a safe and healthy living environment for all residential students. In fall 2021, we will work to return to pre-pandemic procedures while also prioritizing your health and safety. For more information, please visit: http://www.elon.edu/u/residence-life/covid19/
Housing selection for returning students allows currently enrolled students who live on campus to choose their housing for next year. This is an online process. You must pay special attention to the dates the application will be available and the time you and/or your group is eligible to apply. Use the links below to learn more about the housing selection process and other important information.
For students who choose to live off-campus, we have compiled a list of local off-campus housing options that may be helpful to you in searching for an apartment and having a positive experience. This is not an endorsement of any property, but simply a list of nearby housing options.
Students Returning from Abroad
If you are a student studying abroad/away for the fall semester and are interested in housing in winter/spring when you return, please visit this page.
Summer housing will be available in the Colonnades Neighborhood. These buildings have community kitchens on each floor. Students will need to provide their own food, cooking utensils and flatware. Please note that meal plans are not available during the summer, only Phoenix dollars can be used for locations off campus. Money can be placed on Phoenix Cards by calling the Phoenix Card Office at 336-278-5436 or visiting the Phoenix Card website. Microfridges (combination refrigerator/freezer and microwave) will be available to all students.
