Hello and welcome to the Phoenix family! We are excited that you will join us in the spring. You are joining over 4100 other residential students in a premier learning environment. As the process to select housing preferences begins, this site is designed to provide you and your family information about living on campus. As you read through the materials carefully, please let us know if you have questions.
Step One: Complete the housing application. You will be asked lifestyle questions such as study/sleep habits, so we can match you with a potential roommate. We realize this can be a stressful process, but rest assured that our staff is here to help.
If you will need housing for winter and spring terms (2022) please fill out the application located on the Self Service website (www.elon.edu/myhousing). The application will be available in early November.
Application deadline for winter and spring housing: December 1, 2021
Students notified of winter and spring assignment: December 8, 2021
Winter term move-in: January 2, 2022 (apartments and residence halls)
Application deadline for spring housing only: December 27, 2021
Students notified of spring assignment: January 7, 2022
Spring term move-in: January 29, 2022 (apartments and residence halls)
Assignment information will be sent out as quickly as possible for students to make plans.
Winter Term: We are unable to make assignments just for winter term.
Lease Turnover: If you have made arrangements to take over a lease from another student and completed the lease turnover form (returning and transfer students only) you do not need to complete the housing application.
