Resident Assistant and Apartment Manager Staff hiring for 2020-2021 academic year

We annually recruit for talented students who are passionate about building community and enhancing the residential experience at Elon! As a Residence Life student staff member you will hold a premiere leadership role on campus and have the opportunity to impact your peers where they live and learn.

If you hold a passion for mentoring others, building community, and helping others identify why and how they can make a difference, then a position within Residence Life is right for you!  Submissions are due on October 29 by 10:00pm via the online application in PhoenixCONNECT.  The student staff positions hired in the fall semester are Resident Assistant (open to all students) and Apartment Manager (only rising juniors and seniors are eligible to apply).

Apply beginning Tuesday, October 1 on PhoenixCONNECT to be considered for a student staff position within Residence Life for J-Term/Spring 2020 and the 2020-2021 academic year. Important dates for the applications and interviews can be found below. Current students studying abroad may also apply and interview via Skype. You can also get more information from our staff who will be tabling at every College Coffee in October.
