The Effective Leadership Program (ELP)

The Effective Leadership Program (ELP) focuses on enhancing effective decision making, organizational leadership, and team building skills. Participants learn how high-performance teams exercising preferred decision making and leadership styles
can increase organizational effectiveness.

  • Improve leadership, teamwork, decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Participate in a computer driven behavioral business simulation and exercises that test your team’s capacity to execute their strategy while dealing with uncertainty,
    competition, budgetary, and time constraints.
  • Receive helpful 360-degree developmental “back-home” leadership feedback from peers, bosses, and direct reports.
  • Participate in an automated follow through program that helps reinforce learning, measure progress toward development goals and apply lessons on the job.

This program incorporates multiple assessments, 360-degree and peer feedback, an intensive computer driven behavioral business simulation, and challenging teamwork dependent exercises.
