The Effective Leadership Program (ELP)
focuses on enhancing effective decision making,
organizational leadership, and team building skills.
Participants learn how high-performance teams exercising
preferred decision making and leadership styles
can increase organizational effectiveness.

Improve leadership, teamwork, decision making and problem
solving skills.

Participate in a computer driven behavioral business
simulation and exercises that test your team’s
capacity to execute their strategy while dealing with
uncertainty,
competition, budgetary, and time constraints.

Receive helpful 360-degree developmental
“back-home” leadership feedback from peers,
bosses, and direct reports.

Participate in an automated follow through program that
helps reinforce learning, measure progress toward
development goals and apply lessons on the job.
This program incorporates multiple assessments, 360-degree
and peer feedback, an intensive computer driven behavioral
business simulation, and challenging teamwork dependent
exercises.

The ELP provides a valuable development experience

teams, senior management teams, and those identified as
“high potential”
middle management candidates by member organizations.

Registration Fees:
Individual Registration: $2495 per participant
Team Registration: $1995 per participant
